2-Day in Rwanda – Akagera National Park Adventure: Explore the untamed beauty of Akagera National Park in Rwanda. Day 1: Arrival in Kigali International Airport - Akagera National Park
- On arrival into Kigali International Airport at the arrival gate you will be met at the arrival gate by an Akagera Aviation representative who will be holding on board who will guide you to VIP lounge to relax and have a soft drink while he goes to collect your luggage and get your travel documents the Akagera Aviation representative will then escort you through customs to our drive guide who will transfer you to Akagera national park.
- Enjoy a scenic drive to Akagera national park which takes approximately 2-3 hours
- Check-In: Arrive at your accommodation within the park and check-in.
- Upon arrival in Akagera, enjoy your lunch amid the stunning wilderness.
- Rest and prepare for your upcoming adventure.
Day 2: Safari Adventure Continues
- Early morning game drives after your African coffee when animals are most active. Embark on your first game drive in Akagera National Park. Akagera is home to a variety of wildlife, including elephants, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and more. Keep your camera ready for incredible photo opportunities.
- Enjoy a scrumptious picnic lunch.
- After your lunch Experience the park from a different perspective with a boat safari on Lake Ihema. This is an excellent opportunity to see hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of water birds up close.
- Departure: After the boat safari, depart Akagera National Park and begin your journey back to Kigali.
